We have some useful Tools to share
Our Tools:
- Cloning Template: a nice template to follow while cloning.
- Ligation Calculator: a spreadsheet to automatically calculate ligation quantities.
- MOPS Recipe: a spreadsheet with quantities for MOPS preparation.
- BioBrick Insert Validator: a simple tool that checks a sequence for forbidden sequences and eventually adds Prefix and Suffix.
