Movie
Wissen+Konzepte
The online magazine "Wissen+Konzepte" contacted us via our facebook account and asked us wheter we are intersted in making a film about our project to post on their website. Of course we were, and so the visited us on the 10th of September. First they did two scenes in the lab with an SDS-Page and with lots of pictures from our materials our petri dishes, the yeast-medium and so on. Then a short "explaining" scene was made where one from our group was explainig our projected and cloning and plasmid backround via an comparison with a bus. And the transferred genes are the passengers. After that an interview with another one was made about the public opinion about our projected, our human practice activities and the Action Day. After 3 hours of work we all made a lunch break. :-) Next was an interview with Prof. Dr. Skerra and last but not least a scene in a "Biergarten". All in all it was a lot of fun to make this movie!!
We are sorry that we cannot show you this film here, but it is still in the postproduction.
Background about Wissen+Konzepte
