Ilya

- Cleaned the R0062+Fus1 #7 and R0062+Fus1 #8 after CIP. Concentrations: #7 - 27ng/ul, #8 - 35 ng/ul.
- Ligation of R0062+Fus1 #7 and I0462. Ligation of R0062+Fus1 #8 and I0462. Also tried the #8 ligation with the sigma ligase, in order to see if it works in the NEB buffer.
- Transformation of ligation products.

Yesterday I set up starters of pPROLAR (cerulean) on LB+KAN. Today I minipreped the plasmid. The concentrations of the plasmids are: F1 - 96 ng/ul; F2 - 137 ng/ul.
