I was born and raised in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. I am in my fourth and final year at Georgia State University studying Biology. My future career goal is to become a Pediatrician. In my free time I like to watch, House, The Doctors, Dr. Oz, and the Food Network Channel. Once getting to know me, it is clear that I am in love with the color purple. I consider myself a workaholic. My adventurous quality allows me to take on a challenge and work on the task until a goal is reached. I have gained much interest in the use of synthetic biology. I have become well adapted into the research world of obstacles and challenges. I found that labs are tedious and time consuming, but they are revitalizing and are made fun with much interest and success. Working in a research lab has been a great life-enriching and educational experience. I hope to continue doing different research and progress with time
