Team Uppsala University – iGEM 2012


We have characterized three different chromoproteins by assembling them with promotor J23110 (BBa_J23110)and a RBS (B0034). Colorful bacterial colonies could be visualized after overnight incubation.

aeBlue ( BBa_K864403) gives a strong blue color on bactereial plate.
