■B : Predicted Essential Genes on 82 species.
Started to
annotate Synb UID.
Implemented Viewer of Minimal Genome
Designer.
Sept. 3rd - Sept. 9th
Monday
■Document work : Wrote draft of abstract.
■C : Calculated percentage of strand in each section on 82 species of Streptococcus.
Tuesday
■Document work : Modified draft of abstract & SW overview.
Thursday - Friday
■A : Reviewed on secondary error : Tried to find a failure on each of demo version SW.
■B : Implemented programs for Synb UID annotation. Implemented first version of Viewer of Minimal Genome Designer.
Sep. 10th – Sep. 16th
Monday - Wednesday
■Document work : Added abstract and created tutorial.
■B : Reflected instructors’s comments and completed Minimal Genome Designer requirements. Annotated Synb UID to all genes in 82 species. Made a analyzed data for C team.
Tuesday
■Discussion on Future Work : Discussed about a software function that will be added in next year.
■B : Modified standard of blast & drew graph again on 82 species.
