• Making the team delegate proposal: to be given to the High Education Office (the proposal has not been signed by the vice chancellor of academic and student affairs).

20 Juni 2012

• Sending proposals and cover letters into High Education Office (the proposal has not been signed by the vice chancellor of academic and student affairs).

24 Juni 2012

• Making sponsorship proposal.

23 Agustus 2012

• Sending proposal to BRI and BNI (Bank), The proposal has not been signed by the vice chancellor of academic and student affairs.

3 September 2012

• Following up proposal to the High Education Office. We got advice from the High Education Office to complete the proposal with the signature of vice chancellor of academic and student affairs. Our proposal to the BRI Bank had been rejected.

6 September 2012

• Following up to the bank (BRI & BNI), High Education Office. The proposal was still processed at BNI and BRI Bank. The proposal at High Education Office had been arrived at Public Division.

11 September 2012

• Making the new proposal and cover letters ( it has been signed by the Advisor, Dekan FMIPA The vice chancellor of academic and student affairs, Head of Department Biology)

13 September 2012

• Sending new proposal to the Bank (Mandiri & BNI), Indonesia State Gas Company, The Ministry of Environment. The proposal has been completed by the cover letters from Bogor Agricultural University.

24 September 2012

• Follow up DIKTI, BNI, MANDIRI, PGN dan KLH : BNI dan Mandiri :
• BNI and Mandiri Bank told us that Our proposal has been given to the Corporate Secretary.
• Our proposal has been given to the chief of High Education Office. The decision will be sent to the vice chancellor of academic and student affairs,
• Our proposal has been rejected by the The Ministry of Environment. They don't have the budget for this kind of research.
• Indonesia State Gas Company : Our proposal is still in process.

25 September 2012

• In the evening, we got news from Mandiri and BNI Bank that our proposal can't be accepted by the company.
