Our aim is to understand the trajectory of the auxin molecules in the tadpole's organism. Therefore, we will model this trajectory by a double approach; a continous one and an agent-based one. The continous one, being more general, should help us to determine parameters of the agent based one.

Modeling a tadpole: a multi-level approach

Our aim is to understand the trajectory of the auxin molecules in the tadpole's organism. More precisely, we will try to link what whe see n the tadpole to what is happening in it's organs to what is happening in it's cells. Therefore, we will model this trajectory by a multi-level approach: href= https://static.igem.org/mediawiki/2012/a/a8/FrenchTouch.jpg
