About
The following destain solution is used for coomassie dyed SDS pages.
Ingredients
Mix together the following contents under a fume hood:
- 500mL Methanol
- 100mL Acetic Acid
- 400mL dH2O
Application
- SDS page gel is placed in a small tub and covered in destain solution
