Cyanolux & SpiderColi - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, iGEM 2012



Monday: Today was Simon's return to the world. Also, transformation of lux coli took place to try our franky sensor.

Tuesday: So today we tried out our frankenstein (franky) light sensor. It works ok under environmental light and in the dark room. We reinoculated our lux coli to test the arduino sensitivity tomorrow.
