Overview

The following pages document all the information that were gained during our project this includes:

• the labjournals that feature all carried out tasks in chronological order
• a collection of protocols that were used during our laboratory phase
• the list of materials including detailed information on compounds and mixtures
• the extensive modeling section ranging from docking simulations to molecular dynamics
• the safety section, that gives an account of the safety meassures that were taken in our laboratories
• the cooperation section, that gives an short overview of the cooperation meassures that were taken too support the iGEM team Frankfurt
• a download section, featuring the finalised procedures for the individual sub-projects
