<p>Have you hoped to experiment faster? I guess, you have. In order to achieve a wonderful study, we have to experiment day by day. This is also true for iGEM. iGEMer must experiment on Escherichia.coli, and almost all experimentation takes a lot of time. Unless I miss my guess, all scholars and iGEMers must undergo hardships that they seems not to be able to complete their works by a deadline. Golden Gate Assembly enables us to construct genes faster than any other assembly methods. We will confirm this assembly method and will so some experiment to check how the numbers of promorters influences the strength of transcription.</p>
