Buffers (RF1, RF2, EDTA, TAE 25x, TE, Tris) and TY broth were made and autoclavated. We're making competent E.coli cells until Friday for growing our Bio-Bricks. MolGen will provide us tomorrow with two boxes for the -80 freezer on the 6th floor. A PC is delivered for making reservations of MolGen equipment.
