Another attempt on inserting the terminator with biobrick suffix and prefix inside pSac-Cm MCS. Terminator+prefix and suffix PCR, cut both original pSac-Cm and PCR product with EcoRI and HindIII, ligation reaction, and then E.coli DH5alpha transformation.
