Elbrich

Miniprep of the overnight cultured transformed E.coli cells with the BioBricks from Germany. Names of the Biobricks that were used: BBa_K823021,BBa_K823023,BBa_K823024,BBa_K823026. NanoDrop concentrations were all higher than 120,5 ng/ul.

BBa_K823024 was restricted with EcoR1, Pst1, XbaI, SpeI and the sizes were checked on gel.
