Notes: All iGEM Block rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis so it is recommended that you make your reservations with hotels early.
Shuttle buses will be arranged from Regal Riverside Hotel to HKUST on 4-6th October, shuttle bus schedule to be confirmed.

- Rate= HKD 680 plus 10% service charge and prevailing government tax per room per night.
- 150 rooms per night are blocked for the discount rate.
- Reservations must be made directly with hotel and can be made by completing and returning the reservation form to rrh.dos@regalhotel.com
- The conference rate deadline is September 4, 2012. Any remaining unreserved guest rooms in the block will be released after this cutoff date. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be taken on a room available basis and the group rate is no longer guaranteed.
