SequencegCGnCctGntGCCgCGCGGCnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngacA BLAST search showed this to be compatible with Crocosphaera watsonii (genome shotgun sequence, 21%), a diazotrophic cyanobacteria. Add in relations to synechocystis.
