We have characterized three different chromoproteins by assembling them with promotor J23110 (BBa_J23110)and a RBS (B0034). Colorful bacterial colonies could be visualized after overnight incubation.

cjBlue ( BBa_K864404) gives a turqouise color on bacterial plate.
