Notes: All iGEM Block rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis so it is recommended that you make your reservations with hotels early.

Shuttle buses will be arranged from Regal Riverside Hotel to HKUST on 5-7th October, shuttle bus schedule to be confirmed.

• Room Rate= HKD 680 per night plus 10% service charge (can request one double bed or twin bed (two single beds) at the same price.
  
• 150 rooms per night are blocked for the discount rate.
  
• Reservations must be made directly with hotel and can be made by completing and returning the reservation form to rrh.dos@regalhotel.com
  
• The conference rate deadline is September 4, 2012. Any remaining unreserved guest rooms in the block will be released after this cutoff date. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be taken on a room available basis and the group rate is no longer guaranteed.
