Preparation for Electroporation

  • Check overnight growth
  • All grew (both plates and liquid cultures) except BS PY79
  • Error made in growth - BS PY79 NOT resistant to Spc; BS 1A833 is resistant
  • Two new plates made with appropriate antibiotics for BS1A833 and BSPY79
  • New O/N culture started
  • ADP1, EcNR2, BS168, BSPERM739, BSPY79, BS1A833
