Week 3

• We started to design the construct which will allow us to have a bacterium which will be capable of changing its color.
• We started to design the other constructs which will allow us to well characterize our new function, our new application
• For each construction, we designed the primers needed in order to put the biobricks together using the Gibson Assembly method.
• Beginning of bibliographical researches on different existing toxins to replace our colored reporter system.
