Biobrick Extraction
Suspend DNA in 10ul of water by pipetting up and down on selected wells on Biobrick plate wells. Leave for five minutes and then add to eppendorf. Centrifuge for five seconds to spin down to the bottom of the tube. Pipetted DNA very gently into competent cells (see Protocol 1).
