Survey

The Macquarie iGem team aimed to determine how the public's understanding of synthetic biology effected their perceptive of the ethical issues surrounding this technology. We selected a number of high schools to participate in our survey, answering questions ranging from:

What they believed Synthetic biology is
What can be achieved through synthetic biology?
What risks are associated with synthetic biology?
