• Other PCR to amplify the different fragments we need to assemble the biobricks.
• Electrophoresis gel to verify the length of each biobrick.
• Purification of the PCR products if the length was the right one.
• Plasmid (we have to make our construction in a plasmid so that we can easily keep the DNA) resuspension using iGEM protocol.
