  • Transformation of Charlie and dNP138 plasmid, obtained from MBIC doctoral students, Bradley and Kalin respectively. 
 * Harvested DH5-alpha cells from stock culture and made cells competent.
    • Followed transformation protocol from Dr. Doonan’s lab (see Protocols)
