To realize our plans we first produce the laccases in the different clades and purify them. After this we immobilized and tested their acitivity.

While working with two different clarification plants we confirmed that our project has the opportunity to solve problems with micro contaminations.

Laccases have the ability to oxidize phenolic and nonphenolic lignin related compounds as well as highly recalcitrant environmental pollutants. This makes them very useful for applications concerning several biotechnological processes.
