The LMU-Munich team is exuberantly happy about the great success at the World Championship Jamboree in Boston. Our project Beadzillus finished 4th and won the prize for the "Best Wiki" (with Slovenia) and "Best New Application Project".

Bacillus strain collection
Since we vision an iGEM world where the work with Bacillus subtilis is as easy as the work with E. coli we want to add the last piece of the puzzle. So far there is no way in exchanging Bacillus subtilis strains through the registry. However for the work with Bacillus subtilis the exchange and the work with different strains is much more important.
