• KH2PO4 (anhydrous): 60g
• Anhydrous K2HPO4 189.7g (N.B. Different from the one below!)

• MgSO4•7H2O 2g
• Added distilled water to make 1000mL
• Autoclaved

Medium A base *10 made up:
