Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast of the US on Monday October 29. The Boston area fared well with minor damage. The World Championship Jamboree will proceed as scheduled. However, the storm caused major damage in the NY/NJ area as well as the Washington DC area. This may affect your flights to Boston if you were scheduled to connect through any airports in those cities. We advise that you monitor your flight schedules and get in touch with your airline for updates. |

Hurricane Sandy is hitting the east coast of the US, including the Boston area. However, the hurricane is scheduled to be be gone by the end of the week. As of right now, the Jamboree is still expected to proceed this weekend. We will continue to post updates if the status changes. Note: Do be sure to monitor your flights, especially if they you are scheduled to connect in NYC or another city in the affected hurricane area (East Coast US). |
