We were given help by Dr. Ben Carone of the University of Massachusetts. He showed us how to design the vectors we used and how to transform the yeast.

Dr. Judy Brown showed us how to isolate DNA to be able to isolate the genes we needed.

Laura Hall, Sarah Mitchell and Brianna Flynn helps us identify the genes needed and how to approach the problem
