Single Population Toggle Switch Biobricks
Population 1 (make this a link to the registry page) BBa_K876008 Part 1/2 of a double population toggle switch. Fluoresces green when in the presence of AHL and produces AI-1 quorum signalling molecules when not fluorescing or when in the presence of ATc.
Population 2 (make this a link to the registry page) BBa_K876011 Part 2/2 of a double population toggle switch. Fluoresces red when in the presence of AI-1 and produces AHL quorum signalling molecules when not fluorescing or when in the presence of IPTG.
AHL Producer (make this a link to the registry page) BBa_K876014 Produces AHL for testing of Population 1.
