Project Description
We are exploring ways to increase the sensitivity of bacteria based biosensors (for arsenic, pathogenic bacteria, and choliform bacteria) while making the "read-out" simultaneously high tech (bioluminescence) but in a low tech device that can be used by nontechnically-oriented people in places like the developing world..
