Team Registration Fee

Cost:

Team participation in iGEM 2012-Collegiate Division, participation in the iGEM Workshop, and associated materials and support. All teams will compete in a Regional Jamboree - selected teams will also advance to the World Championship Jamboree.

Terms:

2012 Special Discount: Registration payments made by check or wire transfer AND received by March 9, 2012, 11:59pm receive a 10% early payment discount.

Payment of $2,200.00 team registration fee must be received by iGEM by March 31, 2012 at 11:59pm EDT.

Payments after March 31, 2012,11:59pm EDT will increase $500 to a total of $2700 USD.

All payments must be received on or before May 1, 2012.

Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to May 1, 2012. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.
