We started to design the construct which will allow us to have a bacterium which will be capable of changing its color.
We started to design the other constructs which will allow us to well characterize our new function, our new application
For each construction, we designed the primers needed in order to put the biobricks together using the Gibson Assembly method.
Beginning of bibliographical researches on different existing toxins to replace our colored reporter system.
