pSB1C3-NFAT colony PCR 2

The colony PCR for pSB1C3-NFAT was repeated but this time with the few colonies that grew on 17th of September. 7 colonies were picked on the ligation plate (pSB1C3-NFAT 1-7) and one on the control plate C1.

The plasmid was miniprep'd and sent for sequencing.
