Integrative vectors for Bacillus subtilis
Many vectors for B. subtilis are integrative, so are all except for one that we provide to the registry. They all insert into the genome via double homologous recombination at specific sites. A target gene in B. subtilis is disrupted which can be selected for by specific tests. These are part of our protocol "How to use Bacillus subtilis vectors".
