Buffers (F1, F2, EDTA, TAE 25x, TE, Tris) and TY broth were made. We're making competent E.coli cells untill Friday for growing our Bio-Bricks. MolGen will provide us tomorrow with two boxes for the -80 freezer on the 6th. A PC is delivered for making reservations for MolGen equipment
