The modeling of the system will be made of differential equations, describing the intra and extra molecular dynamics using parameters such as genic devices and substances diffusion. Initial trials of the associative behavior were made considering the system as a discrete one. Although it is not definitive due to the continuity of the variables, the program was capable of predict which inputs could generate a proper Hopfield network operation and which couldn't.
