- Made a glycerol stock of I0462 (freezer box position 1B) and J23119 (freezer box position 2B).
- Measured concentration of restriction products. Results: Fus1 HF - 29.6 ng/ul, Fus1 GC - 22.8, Fus2 - 41 ng/ul - relevant fragment concentration is 28.8 ng/ul.
- Set ligation for 1 hr at 30 degrees. Michal will put it in the 4 or -20 degrees freezer. I will do the transformation on Sunday.
