<strong>Abstract</strong><strong> </strong>The first software that designs temperature-sensing regulatory RNA – RNAThermo is presented in this article. Parameters were set and several temperature-sensing regulatory RNA sequences were given by the RNAThermo. The designed RNAs have been verified both as to on the structural and functional aspects.
