RT-PCR

Reverse Transcriptase reaction on RNA of PLRV infected potato leafs. The 632bp sized coat protein (CP) of PLRV is clearly visible in lane 1 till 4. Also the 2154 bp coat protein plus readthrough (CP-RT) is clearly visible in lanes 6 till 9.
