E.coli which has ability to kill a cancer cell

Project:Abstract

We are making E.coli which has ability to kill a cancer cell.
We will give following functions to E.coli.

  1. a function to E.coli with the chemotaxis to cancer cell.
  2. a function to E.coli to combine with a cancer cell.
  3. a function to E.coli to release azurin to cancer cell.
The azurin make cancer cell death with apoptosis.

Human Practice:Safety Icon Project

Parts are one of the most important things for iGEM teams.
It is important whether the parts in registry are safety or not.
We would like to propose that we introduce a safe concept for parts by easy and revolutionary method.
