iGEM Biobrick Rehydration Protocol
- The following is the protocol for rehydrating DNA provided by iGEM:
- Determine the location of well on specific plate
- Punch a hole into well using pipette
- Add 10µl of deionized water and mix
- Store sample in freezer at -20°C
