Monday 3rd

Construction about a new pCS2+ with RFP insert

-Digestion of the miniprep about pCSB1C3 with RFP insert by EcoRI and PstI
-Purification gel to get only RFP insert ( gel image )
-Extraction of the RFP insert
-Ligation with pCS2+

Injection into tadpoles

Injection of plasmid pCS2+ with the CMV promoter and GFP-aid. This experiment was throughout the week. Taking pictures and take care of tadpole is a full-time work.

Tuesday 3rd

Preparation of a new stock of electrocompetent cells T10

Construction about a new pCS2+ with RFP insert :
