30th july
- Analysis of the Petri dishes after the transformation with the B construction
Electrophoresis of BBa_K274100 and pSB1A2 on a 0.8% Agarose gel. |
31th July
- Miniprep of the colonies B1 and B2 that came from the transformation with the B construction.
- Nanovue to measure the concentration of the samples B1, B2 and the control
- Amplification by PCR of the 880bp end of BBa_K098995 contained in the colonies B1, B2 and test on the control and amplification of the whole B construction.
