Week 7
- PCR in large volume to increase the amount of available biobricks.
- Treatment with DPN1 to eliminate plasmids.
- Gel purification to only keep fragments of interest.
- Gibson Assembly method to put together the different biobricks for each construction.
- Transformation with assembly products and staggering on a selective medium.
- Colony PCR to have results before the transformation results.
