Week 6
- Other PCR to amplify the different fragments we need to assemble the biobricks
- Electrophoresis gel to verify the length of each biobricks
- Purification of the PCR products if the length was the good one
- Plasmid (we have to make our construction in a plasmid to easily keep the DNA) Resuspension using iGEM protocol
