To make 200 ml of %0x TAE :

  • Tris base: 78.4 g
  • Acetic Acid (100%): 11.4 ml
  • EDTA: 20ml 0.5 M
    • 292.25M --> 146.12 = 0.5 mol --> 1.46 g in 10 ml is 0.5M
