Simple mechanism scheme. Expression of mPR with constitutive promoter Padh1 and receptor gene mPR. On ligand binding to the membrane receptor, Pfet3 is repressed. Repression of Pfet3 stops the mig1 expression. mig1 in turn represses the reporter gene, luciferase.
