BACTERIA

1. Thermal shock construction
   1. IT WORKS!
   2. Found cheaters (as predicted in modelling!)
2. Glucose stress construction
   1. IT WORKS! And it is even sensitive to decreasing concentrations
3. Oxigen stress construction:
   1. IT WORKS!
4. Nitrogen stress construction:
   1. IT WORKS!
5. UV response construction
   1. It hasn’t worked yet, but the problem has been identified and we are performing the experiments to solve it!

YEAST

1. Successfully transformed E. coli with both constructions
2. Successfully transformed yeast with one of them, and trying hard for the next one!
3. Successfully transformed yeast with both constructions
4. Already working in yeast characterization

HUMAN PRACTICES

1. Shot a short film to show to several audiences and analyze their opinion on ethical subjects
2. Studied and answered safety questions

COLABORATION WITH EdiGEM TEAM
